A new, unopened set. Short for “New In Sealed Box”; it says nothing about the state of the box.
NISB stands for “New In Sealed Box”. The contents are new and the seals intact, while the box may show shelf wear, dents or creases. On BrickDb that is the difference between the seal state and the box condition, which are recorded separately. Compare MISB.
