What each source tells us:

Shops: the country they are in, and a delivery within it. None says whether it delivers abroad.
LEGO's own shops: one storefront per country, each delivering within its country.
Hugendubel: in Germany, delivering to Germany and to Austria.
eBay: the country the item is in, and a delivery within the country of the eBay site it is listed on.
BrickLink: averages over sellers worldwide - no seller's country and no delivery.
